MyInfoBank is a secure online information database service provided by Matthew Ko & Associates.

 

How It Works & Benefits:

  • This service is primarily designed for our tax clients who wish to store their tax information such as tax returns, assessment notices and other ATO correspondence in our secure database so they have 24/7 access to download and print, and not having to worry about losing the original papers.  For our tax clients using this service, all their tax documents issued by ATO or us will be automatically stored and maintained at no additional charge (Please click here for a sample page).
  • The information which can be stored in MyInfoBank is not limited to tax documents.  Users of this service can also store other types of information such as legal contacts, insurance certificates, birth certificates, passport, intellectual properties, etc.  There may be additional charges when storing those types of information due to conversion processes required when storing non tax documents (For more information about the additional charges click here)
  • We also offer optional services (they are only available for our tax service clients): Tax Status Update - Your current tax status information such as income tax return due date, next tax bill payment due date, HECS balance, next activity statement due date, GST annual return due date, family tax benefit entitlment balance (and more!), will be recorded and maintained in your MyInfoBank account.  You will just need to log in to your account and you will see all your current tax status information on one-page summary; no more wasting your time calling the ATO or calling your tax agent which may cost you.
  • Every information stored in our secure database is encrypted and converted into PDF format to ensure its security.  The users can also set password for each file in their account so it provides further protection.
  • In order to access your account, all you need is internet connection and an internet browser.
  • One-off Setup Fee is waived for our tax clients.
  • 24/7 access with easy navigation to use.
  • MyInfoBank can be used as an online-back-up-service for all your important information and intellectual properties.  You will never have to worry about losing orignal papers again!

 

3 Easy Steps to Apply:

Step 1: 

Complete and submit a Registration Form (Clicking on "Click Here to Register" below will take you to the registration form page).

Step 2:

Once the form has been submitted, you will receive an email with a link to pay your account.

Step 3:

Once the payment has been made, your account will be set up and activated within 1 working day.  Confirmation of account activation will be sent to your email.
