Throughout this web site and our publications, you will find references to our policy of providing "Initial Consultation" to prospective business clients of the firm. The purpose of this page is to outline the terms and conditions of our services, and the costs of our chargeable services.
The purpose of our "Initial Consultation" program is to provide prospective business clients the opportunity of obtaining some initial information to determine whether the services which we can provide will be relevant to a specific situation. We encourage everyone to sample our services through our web site, in person or e-mail, since we believe that we provide a unique and valuable service. Further, we are always interested in your feedback so that we may improve our services to you.
The "Initial Consultation" strictly limited to 60 minutes from the commencing time per the appointment. In order to make a request for this service, you must submit a form via “Contact Us” clearing stating your request of this service under “Comments” section (or call us in person). The service will be provided more effectively/efficiently if you provide initial information in your request (eg, situation, background information, specific issues, etc).
Upon receiving your request, we will issue a tax invoice which must be paid in full in order to confirm the appointment. Any fees paid in relation to "Initial Consultation" will be credited to the client's next tax invoice from us; effectively the consultation being free of charge if the client engages further with our services.
Should you wish to continue the consultation upon the completion of the first 60 minutes (from the commencing time per the appointment), any additional hours will be charged at a standard hourly rate in 10 minutes block.
